Spending a year in a pandemic has forced us to sit down and be still. As uncomfortable as that is for most, we had no choice. So that meant more time to watch tv and listen to podcast. LaVerne and Natalie watched an episode on The Red Table Talk called "Why Are Women Mean To Each Other" and it was a true aha moment for the both of them.
They then started having endless conversations about the episode, what they were seeing on social media, reality shows & in their own personal relationships with women.
They immediately knew Exposed The Podcast would be the perfect platform to start having the conversations on why women are so mean to each other. So this year's initiative is focusing on the relationships women have with each other and themselves.
We are kicking off the end of the summer/fall No More Mean Girl conference with a pledge to end "mean girl" behavior.
The No More Mean Girl PLEDGE was created to Expose how girls/women really treat one another. However, this isn't about just calling girls/women out, but by acknowledging the behavior we can get a better understanding as to the why and we start working on the solutions to change the behavior not just for ourselves but for the generations to come. We are all flawed but there is always an opportunity to do and be better. Take this Pledge with us and start becoming a better YOU.

The #NoMoreMeanGirls pledge was created with the purpose of ending mean girl behavior towards other women. We are trying to accomplish healthier women relationships by acknowledging the negative behavior so we can then better understand the why and move forward to changing it.
